Ace Precision Machining in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our aerospace manufacturing business by developing technical solutions, supporting customers, and generating accurate quotations for precision machined components.

This role blends engineering, manufacturing knowledge, and customer engagement, offering a chance to influence solutions, build partnerships, and drive new business opportunities with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and standards.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and technical quotations by analyzing manufacturing methods and production rates.
• Work directly with customers to understand component requirements and recommend manufacturing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support and guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure technical feasibility and project alignment.
• Verify technical specifications and system requirements for aerospace components.
• Promote Ace Precision’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise to current and prospective customers.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify opportunities for growth.

What Experience You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and technical quoting
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and aerospace standards
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events as needed
