The ideal candidate has a technical degree, experience in aerospace/manufacturing, and a willingness to travel to meet customer needs while collaborating with engineering, quality, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and technical quoting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and aerospace standards.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and technical quotations by analyzing manufacturing methods and production rates.
• Work directly with customers to understand component requirements and recommend manufacturing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support and guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure technical feasibility and project alignment.
• Verify technical specifications and system requirements for aerospace components.
• Promote Ace Precision’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise to current and prospective customers.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
