Job summary

Ace Precision in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our aerospace manufacturing business by developing technical solutions and accurate quotations for precision machined components.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure feasibility, understand component requirements, and build strong customer relationships through responsive technical support. Travel to customers may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and technical quoting.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and technical quotations by analyzing manufacturing methods and production rates.
• Work directly with customers to understand component requirements and recommend manufacturing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support and guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure technical feasibility and project alignment.
• Verify technical specifications and system requirements for aerospace components.
• Promote Ace Precision’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise to current and prospective customers.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
