Job summary

EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our leading aerospace materials team in Culpeper, VA. You will translate customer needs into innovative composite solutions while partnering with engineering, quality, and production to meet high standards.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, experience in composites, and strong GD&T and CAD skills. This role offers full-time salary with benefits, reporting to the Sales department and working on-site at our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in composites manufacturing or similar advanced manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Catia V5, NX, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and clear cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations in response to customer RFQs.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to develop pricing structures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and sales to drive outcomes.
• Support new product introductions.
• Manage technical milestones, timelines and deliverables for programs.
• Quote new materials with procurement and stay current on emerging technologies.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

In this role, you'll go beyond traditional sales. You'll become a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative composite solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards and propel our clients' projects to new heights.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing quotations in response to customer RFQ’s.
• Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to develop pricing structures.
• Partnering closely with engineering, production, and sales team to drive successful outcomes.
• Supporting new product introductions.
• Assist in managing technical milestones, timelines, and deliverables for customer programs.
• Working with procurement department to quote new materials.
• Staying current on emerging technologies and best practices in composites manufacturing.
