Blue Origin in the United States is seeking multiple positions within Operations, spanning Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. The roles focus on manufacturing support, welding automation, and materials handling across Blue Origin facilities.

Applicants should be prepared to work varied shifts, travel up to 5%, and participate in a technical assessment interview.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in automated welding equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field.
• Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work shifts including extended overtime and weekends if required.

Aufgaben

• Operate robotic weld systems.
• Setup new production work areas, including layouts, tooling, and equipment.
• Perform second party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written work instructions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct discrepancies by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control
• Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, truck-trailer combinations, and other group support equipment as required.
• Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and optical measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and Safety.
• Other duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission.
