Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring for an onsite Aircraft Seating assembler in Winston-Salem, NC. You will read drawings, follow work orders, and perform sub-assembly and seat assembly with precise finish. Training and then 2nd shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, are provided.

Strong attention to detail and safe work practices are essential. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 2 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform component and seat assembly from drawings and work orders.
• Interpret trim/finish drawings and follow instructions to assemble components.
• Set up fixtures and equipment for sub-assemblies.
• Fit, adjust, and align metal and plastic parts to specs.
• Conduct final checks to ensure quality and functionality.
• Maintain records and reports with traceability.
• Identify and report non-conformities to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Represent Collins Aerospace professionally on site.
