Job summary

Apex is seeking a Receiving Inspector to join the Materials Management and Supply Chain team at our on-site Production facility in Los Angeles. You will receive inbound materials, verify conformance to engineering drawings and quality specs, and document results in our ERP system.

You will work 6:00am to 3:00pm, perform cycle counts, and help develop receiving inspection processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• MRP experience.
• Excel proficiency.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound materials against drawings, POs, and quality requirements.
• Perform cycle counts as needed.
• Develop receiving inspection practices and document discrepancies.
• Ensure timely inspection and ERP entry with inventory traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
