Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate raw material inventory in SAP, ensuring timely recording and proper documentation. You will verify receipts, transfers, and issues, monitor stock levels, and support cycle counts.

The role emphasizes adherence to quality processes (AS9100/ISO9000), teamwork with Purchasing and Production, and continuous improvement in warehouse accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Superior attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP for materials receipt and distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9000 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate raw material inventory records in SAP, recording transactions timely.
• Process and document all raw material receipts, transfers, and issues in SAP.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy between physical stock and SAP.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
