Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support quality functions including RMAs, rejection investigation, and disposition.
• Review product and assist QE with disposition, containment, and work orders.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email; support corrective action responses.
• Maintain knowledge of workmanship standards and quality procedures manual.
• Read and understand technical drawings, specs, and documents.
• Determine rework and issue work orders; review rejection trends.
• Familiarity with quote and order processing.
