Job summary

AV is seeking a Quality Technician II to support the Quality Engineering group with FAI processing, NC material handling, and inspection activities. You will witness and document UAV flight acceptance tests and coordinate with QE teams to ensure quality across inspections and testing.

The role requires basic GD&T knowledge, strong documentation, and the ability to travel to remote flight sites as needed. This position is conducted on site in California and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with GD&T per ANSI Y14.5 and mechanical inspection methods.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Process FAI and deliverable submissions with records and logs.
• Conduct selective inspection and document results.
• Handle NC material analysis and status communication.
• Support QA engineers and participate in audits.
• Create final inspection documentation packages.
