Responsibilities

• Technical support of customer quality issues/escapes related to RMAs.
• Review and assist with disposition, containment, and work orders.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Support corrective action responses based on customer escape data.
• Maintain knowledge of workmanship standards and quality procedures.
• Determine rework and process work orders.
• Review rejection trends.
