Reich Tool & Design, a family-owned job shop, seeks a Quality Technician to support aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing projects. You will develop quality plans, program and operate CMM/Faro Arm, and inspect parts to GD&T specs. The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and a collaborative culture.

1st Shift, five 8-hour days with overtime as needed. Competitive pay range: $25–$32 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Strong mathematical and reasoning abilities.
• Willingness to learn new software, measuring tools, and high-tech machines.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM / Faro Arm to specifications.
• Analyze quality data and ensure conformance to specs.
• Inspect first piece, in-process, purchased parts, and finished products for quality.
