Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution is seeking an Associate/Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join our team in Hialeah, FL or Chandler, AZ. You will drive improvements in Quality Management Systems and oversee risk across the BGS network, coordinating with multiple teams and senior leadership on corrective and preventive actions.

The role requires 3+ years in quality, ISO/AS9100, and data analytics, with travel up to 10%. First shift and relocation not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in project coordination, process improvement, or lean initiatives.
• 3+ years with Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001 and AS9100/AS9120.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (Tableau).
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across BGS functions and business to meet milestones.
• Analyze quality incidents, audit findings, and customer issues to mitigate risk.
• Suggest QMS improvements using systems thinking.
• Represent the company on industry groups to develop quality standards.
• Advise senior leadership on QMS improvements and streamline opportunities.
• Review corrective actions and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
• Oversee QRM processes to improve compliance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead improvement projects applying QMS and AS9100 standards.
• Research and analyze performance data to continuously improve quality processes.
