Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, seeks a Senior Quality Management Systems Specialist to lead QMS audits across aerospace distribution sites in the U.S. and international locations, with emphasis on AS9100 and AS9120 and continuous improvement.

The role partners with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and drive risk mitigation in a regulated aerospace environment. A Bachelor’s degree and Lead Auditor certification are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience conducting QMS audits in aerospace/defense environments.
• Lead Quality Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• 5+ years of experience with ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9120.
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Travel domestically up to 25% may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9120 and customer requirements.
• Establish and improve quality policies and work instructions for aerospace standards.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate QMS audits and performance metrics.
• Lead investigations into nonconformances and drive CAPA.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements.
• Provide training to staff on aerospace quality standards and processes.
• Support regulatory and customer audits and align with industry best practices.
• Stay current on aerospace quality trends and regulatory changes.
