• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-team efforts to meet milestones.
• Analyze quality incidences, audit findings, and customer issues to mitigate risks.
• Suggest Quality Management System improvements using systems thinking.
• Represent Boeing in industry groups to develop quality standards.
• Advise leadership on QMS improvements and streamlining opportunities.
• Review corrective actions to ensure trend identification and preventive action.
• Oversee Quality Risk Management across the BGS network with metrics and docs.
• Lead optimization projects applying QMS and AS9100 standards.
• Research and analyze performance data to improve quality processes.
