Job summary

Quest Global in Enfield, CT is seeking a Quality Site Leader - Part Qualification to oversee on-site quality services for our aerospace and defense customer. You will manage daily inspections, document reviews, and FAIR packages, ensuring timeliness and conformance.

You will lead a team of up to 15, coordinate with engineers and the customer, enforce OSHA/ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement. Travel minimal; on-site requirement in Enfield, CT; US citizen per posting.

Qualifications

• BS Technical degree preferred.
• 9+ years relevant experience to role.
• Alternate: 12+ years relevant experience with AS/no tech degree.
• Certifications (DQR, CQE, Audit, Lean/Six Sigma) noteworthy
• Experience leading and documenting customer service/deliverable oriented formal projects from pre-quote to closure
• Experience leading teams (up to 15) charged to perform customer-oriented services

Responsibilities

• Ensure our team’s on-site services for Aerospace/Defense customer in Enfield, CT are timely and high quality.
• Create AS9102 Rev C First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) packages and verify outward release.
• Lead and coordinate daily with Project/Team leader, peers, and customer.
• Possibly conduct similar Quality Engineering work in part qualification management or non-conformance areas.
