Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled quality professional for an on-site role in Enfield, CT. You will build and submit First Article Inspection (FAIR) packages per customer and AS9102-Rev C using DISCUS & Net-Inspect, supporting aero-engine hardware in a modern distribution center environment.

Responsibilities include inspection reviews with manual and semi-automated metrology, handling non-conforming material, and collaborating with project leaders to resolve quality issues while maintaining

Qualifications

AS/BS Technical Degree preferred.
Minimum 7+ years relevant experience.
Alternate: 10+ years relevant experience with no tech degree.
Other Technical Certifications (DQR, CQT, CQE, Audit, etc.) noteworthy.

Responsibilities

Build and submit First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) packages, per customer and AS9102-Rev C using DISCUS & Net-Inspect software, into an internet-based portal for final review / approval.
Secondary: conduct inspection reviews (gaging) on hardware using manual, semi-automated, and advanced metrology equipment in support of FAIRs and general processing of part orders.
Aid in the review/resolve issues related to quality records and delay workflow.
Spot, segregate, and document Non-Conforming Material when encountered.
Interact w/ multiple computer systems / software.
