Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, aerospace, or related technical field.
• Experience managing a growing department of direct reports responsible for all aspects of product and process quality.
• Experience moving parts, assemblies, or hardware programs from prototype into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality function across development, manufacturing, supplier quality, and production readiness.
• Establish and maintain inspection discipline, nonconformance control, corrective action, and supplier quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve design transfer, process readiness, and production execution.
• Ensure scalable quality systems and compliance as the company grows.
