Job summary

Beehive Industries, located at our Centennial, CO facility, seeks a seasoned Quality Leader to manage daily quality operations across manufacturing. You will develop and implement AS9100/ISO9001-aligned standards, lead root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You’ll mentor quality professionals, manage audits, and champion a culture of quality ownership while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial, quality or related field.
• Typically requires 8+ years in quality/manufacturing/engineering with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 and APQP activities.
• Ability to interpret drawings and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quality operations to support manufacturing objectives.
• Lead quality professionals, supervisors, technicians, and inspectors for product and process quality.
• Develop and implement AS9100/ISO9001-aligned standards and control plans.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and drive defect reduction.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal, customer, and supplier audits.
