Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a seasoned Quality Leader in Centennial, Colorado to manage quality operations across manufacturing, ensuring AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and continuous improvement. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive root-cause investigations, and develop robust control plans. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance are required. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Typically requires 8+ years of quality, manufacturing, or engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily quality operations across manufacturing functions and staff.
• Lead quality professionals, supervisors, technicians, and inspectors for product/process quality.
• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and control systems per AS9100/ISO9001 and customer requirements.
• Establish and mature APQP processes, including control plans and inspection strategies.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and drive defect reduction.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with nonconformance processes and quality documentation.
• Manage internal, supplier, and customer audits and support audit outcomes.
• Review and approve quality procedures and process documentation.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to increase capability and reliability.
• Coach quality team members and foster a culture of quality ownership.
• Support integration of quality processes across acquired or integrated operations.
• Manage department resources and execution to meet business goals.
