Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Quality Supervisor for its Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will supervise quality technicians, drive inspection processes, and ensure products meet aerospace standards. You will lead root cause analyses, CAPA, and APQP activities while mentoring the quality team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in quality/manufacturing with leadership responsibilities, and knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or quality field.
• Experience leading quality, manufacturing, or inspection teams.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of quality technicians and support personnel.
• Oversee inspection workflows and quality documentation to meet standards.
• Support implementation of quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Review control plans and instructions for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate product/process issues and drive corrective actions.
• Lead APQP activities and develop control plans under guidance.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, and customer requirements.
• Mentor team on inspection methods and problem-solving practices.
• Coordinate audits and drive a culture of quality ownership.
