Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Quality Technician to perform advanced inspection and metrology activities. You will develop and execute CMM programs, interpret complex GD&T requirements, and support QMS processes to ensure product conformity.

The role requires AS9100/regulatory experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and process improvements while maintaining documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in AS9100, ISO 9001, or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Two or more years programming and operating CMMs (PC-DMIS/Calypso).
• Advanced knowledge of metrology, GD&T, and inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dimensional and visual inspections using manual and automated metrology equipment.
• Interpret complex drawings, specs, and GD&T to determine product conformity.
• Create and validate CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare Customer Data Packets, CoCs, calibration records, and QMS documentation.
