Job summary

Tri-Mack Plastics in Bristol, Rhode Island, seeks an Aerospace Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee all quality control and lead the quality team in a fast-paced, ISO 9001/AS9100 environment.

You will be the primary contact for customer quality issues from NPI to shipment, drive root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with vendors to ensure defect-free parts in compliance with AS9100.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Control in manufacturing.
• AS9100 Aerospace quality experience required.
• Proven record of addressing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
• Knowledge of ISO, AS and NADCAP compliance and certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection activity for products throughout NPI and production.
• Lead daily MRB meetings and act as Chief Inspector.
• Investigate customer issues using root-cause analysis to ensure resolution.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and participate in internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and drive continuous improvement.
