Tri-Mack Plastics, located in Bristol, Rhode Island, seeks a Quality Manager responsible for overall quality control of all products and for directing QA personnel. This role is the primary contact for customer quality issues from NPI through completion and reports to the President.
Responsibilities include overseeing inspection during NPI and production, managing customer quality communications, and driving corrective actions to improve the quality system. ITAR and background checks apply.

The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall Quality Control for all products manufactured at Tri-Mack Plastics and for directing and managing all Quality Control personnel. This position will ensure that any parts produced and shipped are subject to adequate controls and are in conformance with all customer specifications. This position is the main contact for all customer‑related quality issues from NPI through completion. This includes fielding all customer‑related complaints, establishing corrective actions and implementing improvements to our quality system. This position reports to the President.
