Lockheed Martin Space in New Orleans is seeking a seasoned Quality Lead responsible for implementing and executing program quality requirements across the life cycle for complex aerospace programs. You will partner with program teams to develop and implement QA plans, coordinate with suppliers, and drive corrective actions and audits.

Ideal candidates bring aerospace manufacturing expertise, strong problem-solving, and leadership of quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experienced knowledge of aerospace product assembly/manufacturing
• US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation and execution of program quality requirements across the lifecycle (proposals, start-up, development, production, and support).
• Participates in program reviews and leads quality-related risk identification, audits, and Return to Green actions.
