Job summary

VERUS AEROSPACE FINANCE INC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, maintain certifications (AQS 7004, CP, NDT), and resolve customer quality issues. This role oversees audits, supplier quality improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Lean and Six-Sigma practices.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in technical, engineering, or business with at least 7 years in aerospace QA leadership and a strong track record in continuous improvement.

• Experience with internal and external quality audits.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to read blueprints.
