Job summary

Verus Aerospace is seeking a Quality Manager responsible for the entire Quality Management System function. You will develop processes, resolve complex quality issues, and contribute to long-term planning and strategy. The role maintains certifications (AQS 7004, CP, NDT) and drives customer quality improvements.

You will lead the QA team, work with Supply Chain to improve supplier quality, and ensure audits are properly managed. Strong analytical skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering or business is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in aerospace QA management.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six-Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Experience with internal and external quality audits.
• Experience developing and maintaining quality procedures and policies.
• AQS 7004 certification compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and third-party requirements.
• Lead quality compliance, assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality Team to resolve customer quality defects.
• Improve supplier quality performance with Supply Chain leadership.
• Maintain and manage third-party certifications (AQS 7004, CP, NDT).
• Oversee audits and corrective action processes.
• Provide training to raise QA maturity across the business.
• Drive lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma quality initiatives.
• Mentor QA team and promote policy development.
