Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quality Manager for the MACH-TB program to lead the Quality Management System, drive ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and oversee internal audits in a regulated government environment. The role includes developing quality procedures for engineering and testing, maintaining the document library, and guiding CAPA efforts.

This position requires a DoD Secret clearance, leadership of engineering and technician teams, and collaboration with suppliers to ensure safety,

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required/ability to obtain and maintain.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, or ISO 13485:2016.
• Leadership experience in engineering, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage quality technicians and inspectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated government environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead internal audits and manage audit schedule.
• Develop quality procedures for engineering, testing, and development projects.
• Maintain a controlled QMS document library.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare management reports on quality performance.
