Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager for the MACH-TB program in Crane, Indiana. You will develop and oversee the Quality Management System, lead internal audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 in a high-stakes government environment.

You will coordinate with engineering, test, and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement, manage CAPA, and monitor KPIs to meet quality goals. A DoD clearance and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with quality management in ISO9001:2015, AS9100D, or ISO13485:2016 environments.
• Recruit, train, and manage quality technicians and inspectors; foster quality-by-design.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.
• Lead internal audits and manage the internal audit schedule to ensure compliance.
• Develop quality procedures and instructions for engineering, testing, and development projects.
• Maintain a controlled QMS document library and support CAPA activities.
• Monitor processes for deviations and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Prepare materials for management reviews and KPI reporting.
• Provide quality support to customer representatives and manage supplier quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a compliant management system environment.
• Investigate, resolve, and document quality issues; drive corrective actions.
