Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in Aerospace and Defense.
• Knowledge of FAIR package analysis and submission process is essential.
• Strong understanding of AS9100:D and NADCAP Quality Management Systems.

• Manage the Quality Department personnel and workflow efficiently.
• Lead and maintain regulatory certifications such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure compliance with customer standards.
