Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team, managing customer quality issues, audits, and RCCA processes.
• Drive Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives and monitor key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and customer‑specific standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Oversee supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver quality training programs and foster a culture of accountability.
