Job summary

Actalent is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer in West Hartford, CT. You will lead RCCA, non-conforming material investigations, and supplier quality, collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.

A future transition to Quality Manager is planned within ~6 months, with a team of 4 once promoted. The role is on-site in Connecticut, offering a competitive $90k-$130k salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering in aerospace or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with RCCA and NCR management, and supplier quality interfaces.
• AS9100 and FAI knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality engineering resource for RCCA and NCR management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, customers, and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within the product line and transition to Quality Manager.
