Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Quality Supervisor for its Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will supervise quality technicians, drive inspection processes, and ensure products meet aerospace standards. You will lead root cause analyses, CAPA, and APQP activities while mentoring the quality team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in quality/manufacturing with leadership responsibilities, and knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality, manufacturing, or inspection teams.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.

Role Overview

Provides immediate supervision and technical guidance to a quality team supporting manufacturing operations. Oversees daily quality activities, inspection workflows, and quality documentation to ensure products meet established standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. Supports implementation of quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective resolution of production quality issues while developing team capabilities.

You’ll Do...

• Supervise daily activities of quality technicians and support personnel
• Assign tasks,monitorworkflow, and ensure quality activities are completed to production schedules
• Support implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and inspection standards
• Review inspection plans, work instructions, and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support APQP activities, including development and execution of control plans under guidance from quality leadership
• Monitor quality performance metrics and expedite issuesimpactingproduction or customer requirements
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams toidentifyand resolve quality concerns
• Support investigations of product and process issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Assistwith nonconformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audit activities
• Coach and mentor quality team members on inspection methods, quality standards, and problem-solving practices
• Promote a culture of quality ownership and proactive issue prevention

You have...

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered

Experience

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities; or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards
• Experience with inspection processes, control plans, and quality documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and production demands
• The ability to obtain andmaintaina U.S. government issued security clearance isrequired. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice to have...

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting APQP processes
• Familiarity with quality software systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing manufacturing environment
