Job summary

Textron offers a 10-week Summer Intern position in Fort Worth, TX, focused on Quality. You’ll work on real projects with experienced engineers, supporting quality development, process improvements, and manufacturing project management for legacy and new aircraft.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace, with at least 60 credit hours completed by June 2027. A 3.0 GPA is preferred; full-time internship duration is June–August 2027, with on-site collaboration

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace.
• Minimum 60 credit hours completed by internship start or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the full 10 weeks: June 1– August 6, 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; undergraduate GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quality development and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to determine capability and failure modes.
• Assist in design requirements analysis to develop new quality control processes and validate actions.
• Coordinate team efforts and track project performance.
