Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with 3 years of technical industry experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment: calipers, micrometers, optical measurement devices.
• Blueprint reading with GD&T and test specifications.
• SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) use and related documentation.
• Ability to interpret data from CMM and apply AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.
• US Citizenship required due to NO FORN project visibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection on all products in a timely manner.
• Determine conformance or non-conformance to drawings.
• Use SAP to transact product to inventory or MRB.
• Write non-conformances for product not meeting requirements.
• Conduct detailed review of product against requirements.
• Document results in Excel and SAP.
