Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on aerospace components in a precision manufacturing environment. You will interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer requirements while using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, optical comparators, and CMM reports.

Key duties include verifying certifications, documenting nonconformances, contributing to corrective actions, and maintaining accurate inspection records

Qualifications

• Inspect aerospace parts using in-process, first article and final inspections.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and generate accurate inspection records.
• Verify material and process certifications and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections.
• Interpret drawings and customer requirements to ensure compliance.
• Operate calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMMs.
• Document nonconformances and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and quality reports in a timely manner.
• Assist internal audits and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 and ISO standards and company procedures.
