Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Mechanical Quality Inspector II in Huntsville, AL to inspect components per the data package across in-process, finishing and final stages. You will read complex drawings and specifications, apply GD&T, and determine acceptance while documenting non-conformances.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of quality experience in defense or aerospace environments and can obtain a government clearance. Proficiency with CMMs and inspection equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, purchase orders and SOWs to determine quality status.
• Experience performing GD&T measurements and verifying dimensional compliance.
• Four years of quality experience with government or commercial standards.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed mechanical inspection of products per the data package across in-process, finishing and final inspection stages.
• Use precision measuring instruments to confirm dimensional compliance.
• Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Determine acceptance or rejection and document non-conformances.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation using MS Office in a timely manner.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the quality program.
