FDH Aero is hiring a Quality Inspector I to perform dimensional inspections per design records and AQL levels, and conduct visual inspections for defects at our Arlington, TX site. You will review certification docs for traceability and ensure adherence to AS standards and our quality procedures.

You will communicate with suppliers as needed and help disposition non-conforming products, while maintaining 6S in the work area and warehouse.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related work experience or on the job training.
• Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in calipers, ring/pin gauges, comparator and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels.
• Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects.
• Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per drawing, AS standards, and Company Quality standards.
• Communicate with suppliers as needed.
• Disposition and control of non-conforming products.
• 6S and general cleanliness of work area and warehouse.
