Job summary

Hi Tech Honeycomb is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect, test, and analyze products to ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will document results, identify defects, and support product throughput and customer demand throughout the inspection process.

The role involves adhering to quality procedures, conducting tests with equipment such as XRF, and collaborating with the Quality Lead and Engineering to address issues. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience desired.
• Ability to measure with caliper and protractor using inspection gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article and final inspections with calipers, protractor, and optical tools.
• Ensure all parts meet customer standards and aerospace regulations (AS9100/ITAR).
• Document inspection results and generate NCRs for nonconformances.
