Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Quality Inspector Third Shift in Coralville, IA to inspect CCAs and assemblies for workmanship per aerospace standards. Training and certification are provided, with full-time shifts available across multiple times.

You will verify workmanship across production stages, document nonconformances, and ensure readiness before shipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in Aerospace or equivalent technology.
• Ability to successfully complete inspector training and certification requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Willingness to support overtime as requested.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection is a plus.
• Experience performing visual and workmanship inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect circuit card assemblies for compliance with Aerospace Workmanship Standards and process documentation.
• Verify workmanship, assembly quality, and process adherence through production stages.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all inspection activities meet established quality and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct final acceptance inspection prior to shipment.
