Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a QC Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and quality requirements. This role supports airworthiness standards and facilitates safe return-to-service of aviation components.

The position requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of inspection experience, with English proficiency. Shift: 3rd shift, Monday-Friday 10:30p-7:00a, with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of quality inspection, manufacturing, maintenance, aviation, or related technical experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, hidden damage, and final inspections on aerospace components.
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers, documentation, and certifications against customer and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, OEM maintenance manuals, travelers, and repair instructions.
• Use calibrated inspection equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA, and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams on repairs and process improvements.
• Cross-train on a variety of component inspections and maintenance processes.
