Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to achieve product yield improvements, variation reduction, and cost reduction related to ceramic cores/parts.
• Direct and manage the activities regarding part quality and customer expectations.
• Support NPI initiatives ensuring product development aligns with customer requirements and PFMEA-based risk.
• Develop the overall plant first pass yield improvement plan and manage actions.
• Direct and participate in cost improvement, product improvement and production problem solving activities.
• Establish relationships with Engineering Managers & Quality Managers to promote team communication.
