• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and minimum five years in quality.

• Familiar with AS9100/NADCAP and PPAP/APQP practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for product yield improvements and cost reduction.
• Direct part quality activities and align with customer expectations.
• Drive NPI quality engagement and PFMEA-based risk understanding.
• Develop plant-wide first pass yield improvement plans.
• Lead investigations and communicate customer-facing issues.
