Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
• Minimum of 5 years of quality related experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

• Promotes the Howmet quality policy and objectives
• Implement quality policy culturally within the plant and ensure regulatory compliance
• Establishes measurable quality objectives aligned with business goals
• Oversees quality management systems and conducts reviews
• Drives continuous improvement and resource alignment for QMS goals
• Communicates quality requirements across levels of the organization
• Ensures customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
