Job summary

TE Connectivity in Mount Joy, PA offers an internship in the Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit. As an Intern, you’ll support quality and reliability activities to ensure compliance with requirements and drive improvements.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams on data recording, First Article reviews, and disposition of nonconforming parts, applying formal problem-solving techniques and gaining hands-on experience through a structured program.

Qualifications

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.
• Review and approval of First Article reports.
• Work cross functionally to disposition nonconforming product found at incoming, in process or returned from customers and approve any deviations required.
• Utilize formal problem solving techniques to resolve product and process related issues, leading cross functional teams
