Job summary

TE Connectivity offers an internship in the Aerospace, Defense & Marine Business Unit (AD&M) at Mount Joy, PA. You will contribute to reliability engineering, quality data analysis, and compliance with government regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The program emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and exposure to real project work during the May–August internship period. Candidates should be pursuing an engineering degree and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing or enrolled in a BA/BS in Electrical Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior internship experience or completion of a major project preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (ITAR restrictions apply).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.
• Review and approval of First Article reports.
• Dispostition of nonconforming product with cross-functional teams.
• Apply formal problem-solving techniques to resolve product and process issues.
