Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Engineer - Quality II to evaluate product conformance and drive robust quality processes across development and production. You will audit systems, analyze root causes, and collaborate with design, production, and management to mitigate quality risks.

The role emphasizes AS9100/ISO 9001 alignment, fault analysis, and process improvement, with weekends shift options and relocation support where needed. A strong communication skill set is essential.

Competenze

• B.S. in engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Quality experience in a production environment.
• Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. (per relocation).

Mansioni

• Establish, implement, maintain, and enforce quality system processes that support products in development and production environments.
• Measure, analyze, and improve quality system performance.
• Review and approve manufacturing build documents including work orders and nonconformance records.
• Perform periodic audits of the application of our quality system in accordance with AS9100.
• Participate in engineering design reviews and make recommendations to improve quality and manufacturability.
• Recommend and improve initiatives or changes that will improve product and system quality.
• Provide quality assurance domain expertise to inspection, manufacturing, and test for the Manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on quality related concerns; develop and present training materials to build quality awareness.
