Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet specs.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify defects.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis.
• Monitor quality performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate and support First Article Inspection per AS9102.
• Lead quality planning with design engineering on new products.
