Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Quality Engineer (Aerospace) in Baltimore, Maryland for a precision manufacturer with 40+ years of experience supporting Aerospace and Medical customers.

You will drive quality across complex aerospace components and precision machining projects, work with Engineering and Manufacturing to solve technical quality challenges, and support AS9100 QMS, audits and continuous improvement. A clear pathway to Quality Management awaits.

Qualifications

• Quality Engineering experience within an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management Systems.
• Confident reading blueprints, understanding GD&T and working to tight tolerances.
• CMM, inspection or precision machining experience would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality across complex Aerospace components and precision machining projects.
• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to solve technical Quality challenges.
• Support the AS9100 QMS, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Take on increasing responsibility with a clear pathway towards Quality Management.
