Qualifications

• Experience leading audit readiness and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a close-knit Quality team and take full ownership of the department.
• Oversee Inspection, CMM and Calibration across a busy precision machine shop.
• Solve technical Quality challenges across complex aerospace components.
• Lead audit readiness and drive improvements across the Quality function.
